Principal Engineer and President

Mr. Reddy is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple jurisdictions with over 20 years of experience in the civil engineering industry. His experience includes project design and management, proposal development, technical support to public and private sector clients such as local municipalities, public utility authorities, government agencies, and private developers. His experience has given him the skills to make optimal design decisions for his clients, while maintaining efficiency and control of costs and quality throughout the entire project process.

Mr. Reddy leads and manages a portfolio of infrastructure projects involving municipal and transportation engineering, water and wastewater design, rehabilitation of storm, sanitary, and combined sewer systems, and pump stations. He is also well versed in wet weather event mitigation including conveyance, storage, and treatment of storm and sanitary sewer systems. Project work has involved storm and sanitary sewer separations, Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) tunnel design, drop-shaft and near-surface consolidation sewer design planning, alternatives evaluation and risk analyses. He is integrally involved in various project phases from project inception to final completion including: up-front planning, feasibility analysis, estimating, scope-of-work and proposal development, scheduling, engineering, project management, procurement of materials and equipment, preparation of technical specifications, construction bid packages, contract administration, design quality/ constructability reviews and construction management.

Mr. Reddy has extensive experience with the preparation of Erosion and Sediment (E&S) control plans, post construction stormwater management (PCSM) plans, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, drainage design (stormwater conveyance systems, open channel systems, detention facilities, intake and outfall structures, etc.) with an emphasis on Low Impact Development (LID) and Green Infrastructure (GI) design. His experience includes FEMA flood plain studies and modeling, NPDES permitting, and watershed planning for master planned communities.

Mr. Reddy holds a BS degree in civil engineering, an MS degree in Computer Science and Engineering and an MS degree in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).

Kiran Kumar P,  CFM, ENV SP, CPESC, GISP
Technical Specialist

With a rich background spanning over 20 years, Mr. Kumar acquired extensive expertise in the field of water resources engineering focused on hydrologic & hydraulic studies and design. His experience encompasses complex drainage design, detention facilities, drainage channels, open channel hydraulics, erosion control, flood plain studies, NPDES permits, and watershed planning for master planned communities. He is skilled in the preparation of grading and drainage plans, as well as drainage reports. Furthermore,  he is proficient in utilizing various hydrologic and hydraulic computer programs such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HEC-1, CulvertMaster, FlowMaster, Arid Hydrological Modeling (AHYMO), FLO-2D, ArcGIS, HEC-GeoRAS, HEC-GeoHMS, EPA-SWMM, AES, and WSPGW.

He also specialized in navigating FEMA regulations and processes related to floodplain map revisions and possess in-depth knowledge of preparing and obtaining approvals for LOMR (Letter of Map Revision) and CLOMR (Conditional Letter of Map Revision) applications. Additionally, he has experience communicating with FEMA reviewers, ensuring effective and compliant outcomes.

He cultivated an extensive understanding of geographic information systems (GIS) and he has expertise in creating Desktop and Webmap applications using popular tools like ArcGIS Online, OpenLayers, and Leaflet. Additionally, he collected GPS data and contributed to the development of GIS applications for various purposes, including traffic safety/transportation, water resources management, and environmental protection. He has demonstrated proficiency in delineating watersheds and generating floodplain maps. His skills extend to creating and editing Geodatabases, ArcInfo coverages, and shapefiles, working with diverse spatial data formats.

He is actively involved in the collection of water and wastewater samples and responsible for preparing discharge permit applications and compliance reports. He has comprehensive knowledge of SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) and NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) requirements.
